fixed a bug where you could navigate the tutorials without closing the initial shift mode dialog
allowed righting the car by turning left/right if it’s upside down

I'll be trying to stick to 1 new track per week (ish) to finish the campaign in 6 months. Hopefully it will go faster than that, but you never know! I will also be regularly fixing bugs and adding quality-of-life things though, and adding new customization if there's time.
