Hello everyone!
During Steam Next Fest, we will be releasing a major update for the Birza demo.
We would like to thank everyone who has played the demo and shared feedback with us. Your suggestions have helped us identify issues, improve the experience, and shape the future development of the game.
This update adds support for Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, and Japanese, along with various UI improvements, gameplay adjustments, performance optimizations, and bug fixes. Due to significant changes to game systems and content, existing demo save data will not be compatible with the updated version.
The demo now supports:
- Simplified Chinese
- Traditional Chinese
- English
- Japanese
We hope players from more regions can enjoy the game and share their feedback with us.
- Updated and refined the main menu UI
- Added quick access buttons for feeding birds
- Added quick access buttons for photo mode
- Added a Help page with gameplay instructions
- Added new bird food items
- Adjusted coin generation rules to reduce performance issues caused by large numbers of coins appearing at once
- Improved overall gameplay experience based on player feedback
- Fixed issues reported during previous demo testing
- Resolved multiple known bugs
- Improved overall stability
Due to extensive changes made to game systems and content, save files from previous demo versions will not be compatible with this update.
Players will need to start a new save after updating. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
We are currently working on additional content planned for the full version, including:
- A new facility placement and decoration system
- A sticker creation feature
- More gameplay content, interactions, and quality-of-life improvements
If development continues smoothly, we expect Birza to launch in the second half of this year.
Thank you again for your support and for helping us improve the game. We hope you enjoy the updated demo during Steam Next Fest, and we look forward to hearing your feedback!
Happy birdwatching!
