Language fixes — October 14

Today's update fixes several cases where English text could appear while another language was selected. The update is now live in both the main game and Playtest.

Added missing translations for multiplayer connection and error messages.
Fixed translation of formatted gameplay messages, including auction notifications and city facility reports.
Corrected untranslated text in character selection, save/load errors, bankruptcy dialogs, career rewards and credits.
Improved localized player counts and game-speed labels.

Thank you to everyone who reported untranslated text. If you spot anything else, please send a screenshot and tell us which language you selected.
