EXPERIMENTAL MULTIPLAYER, launch the game with -multiplayer to access it (Steam: Properties > Launch Options)
Multiplayer is likely unstable. If something breaks, share your Player.log on the dev Discord before restarting the game:

Nations can now have pacts and alliances with only 3 other nations, up to 8 with a strong Diplomatic Corps
An eye under the globe now shows your exploration score
Nearby regions and islands across a strait are discovered much sooner
Fix AI nations signing the same alliance with a nation more than once
