Update v1.2.1: Resolution Options & Usability Improvements

New Features & Improvements
Added a resolution option (1280×720 / 1600×900 / 1920×1080) to Options. Available in windowed mode; disabled while in fullscreen.
The ESC key now works as back/cancel, just like right-click.
Added a Cancel button to screens where you pick a target directly from the map (march destinations, diplomacy targets).
Balance Adjustments
On Casual/Easy, reputation-raising events (Festival / Militia) now occur more often. On Casual, they also grant more reputation.
