Hello everyone,

We’re back with another important update for Drift on Destiny Line.

This update focuses on three major areas: visual improvements, overall presentation, and text flow.

As always, these changes were made with the goal of making the experience smoother, stronger, and more immersive for everyone.

Visual Quality Improvements

We have improved the overall visual quality of the game.

This means many scenes now look cleaner, more polished, and more consistent in tone. We wanted the game to feel stronger visually from beginning to end, and this update is a major step in that direction.

Alongside these visual improvements, we also reorganized and optimized the game more efficiently. As a result, the game size has been reduced to approximately 2.65 GB.

Our goal was to improve the visual experience while also keeping the game lighter, cleaner, and easier to download.

We’ll also be sharing a few before / after comparison images in this post so you can see some of these changes more clearly.

A New Visual Tone — “Black Rose Noir”

As part of this update, we also introduced a unique filter designed specifically for Drift on Destiny Line.

We created our own custom visual treatment and named it Black Rose Noir.

With this new filter, the game now moves forward in a more unified and cinematic tone. Our goal was to make the entire experience feel more like a real film — one atmosphere, one emotional language, one consistent visual identity.

This change is not just about making the game look better.
It is also about making the world feel more immersive, more intentional, and more memorable.

Long Dialogue Issues Improved

We also worked on one of the most important gameplay flow problems: overly long dialogue sections.

In some parts of the game, certain scenes could feel too text-heavy or stretched out. This issue was especially noticeable in Simplified Chinese, but it also created pacing problems across all languages.

With this update, we reviewed and improved those parts to make the reading experience feel smoother and more natural.

Our goal was not to remove depth, but to improve flow.

That means:

  • better pacing in longer scenes

  • less exhausting text blocks

  • a smoother reading experience across all supported languages

  • a more comfortable experience, especially for players using Simplified Chinese

Important Save Notice

Because all visuals in the game have been renewed as part of this update, some existing save files may conflict with the new version.

This may cause visual issues, broken image displays, or errors in certain scenes when continuing from older saves.

For the smoothest experience, we recommend starting the game from a new save after this update.

Demo Also Updated

We also applied this visual update to the demo.

This means the demo now benefits from the updated visual quality, improved presentation, and the latest enhancements included in this update.

Since the demo is the first experience many players have with Drift on Destiny Line, we want it to represent the game as accurately and strongly as possible.

What Comes Next

Our next plan is to add Brazilian Portuguese to the game very soon.

We want more players around the world to experience Drift on Destiny Line in their own language, and we’ll continue working on language support step by step.

Thank You

Thank you again for continuing to support Drift on Destiny Line and for sharing your feedback with us.

Every report, criticism, and suggestion helps us improve the game in meaningful ways. We’re continuing to refine the experience step by step, and we hope this update makes a noticeable difference for all of you.

Please keep sharing your thoughts with us — and if you can, take a look at the before / after images included in this post to see some of the visual changes more clearly.

Thank you for being part of this journey. ❤️
