[Important] Business Trip! Shiserval Dojo! Ranking Invalidated & Compensation

Hi everyone.
This is the Teravit Operations Team.

We have confirmed Bugs in the World "Business Trip! Shiserval Dojo!" where Items could be duplicated through a specific operation.

We have also confirmed that the use of these duplicated Items, as well as the use of Items obtained by listing or purchasing them via Trade, has affected the Ranking results.

Because it is difficult to accurately isolate the extent of these Bugs and determine the normal Ranking standings, we sincerely apologize, but we must declare the current Ranking Event Invalid.

We deeply apologize for the immense inconvenience caused to everyone who Played hard to reach the top of the Rankings.

In response to this issue, we will be implementing the following compensation:

■ Regarding Ranking Rewards

We will distribute the Ranking Rewards to all users who Played "Business Trip! Shiserval Dojo!" before the Ranking Event ended.

■ Regarding Consumed Jewels

We will refund the Jewels consumed in Trades within "Business Trip! Shiserval Dojo!" during the Ranking Event period.

We will confirm the Target number of Jewels for compensation and process them sequentially.

■ Regarding the Removal of Trade NPCs

To prevent the impact of these Bugs from spreading further, we will remove the Trade NPCs placed in "Business Trip! Shiserval Dojo!".

We will make another Announcement regarding the timing of the Ranking Rewards distribution and Jewels compensation once the process is Complete.

Please note that we are still investigating the cause of these Bugs.

Please refrain from intentionally exploiting the Bugs, using Items duplicated by the Bugs, or listing and purchasing them through Trade.

We apologize once again for disappointing those who were looking forward to participating in this Ranking Event.
