How to build
In the game mode wheeler and dealer, you can build a base. This is showing you how you do it.
You have to first go and make money, you can either sale goods to people hanging around or go on
a mission and other tasks.
After getting some money, you need to go to the pay phones, which are around the map. Each one sells a different item. It tells you the item when you approach the pay phone.
Now you will have some of the item in your inventory to access that just click the number buttons such as 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8, to scroll through everything, it will tell you how much you have of each item, then left click where you want to place it.
Then leave the build function by clicking the esc button.
Now you have built something, you can build whatever you like.
