Added Gyms to replace challenge modes.
Added chess clock timer to games. Settings menu added to game menu. Implemented changes from last week's online games:
Scrapwork Salvager : 5 mana 6/6 to 7 mana 4/4,
Wrong Operator : 2 -> 3 cost
Tax Collector : Each turn -> Your Turn, just damages opponents now
Pack Mother : 2/1 -> 2/2
Concentrate : Puts a card on top of deck instead of drawing.
