Progress through the quests and clear the dungeons to obtain event items. Collect event items and exchange them for rewards at the Exchange Shop.
By meeting certain conditions, such as unlocking specific characters or equipping certain items, you can obtain more event items upon clearing the dungeon.
Some characters also receive bonuses that give them an advantage in battle.
