Regulars is available now in Early Access on Windows and macOS. You run a small diner on the night shift. You know your regulars by name — where they like to sit, what they always order, who they'll tolerate at the next booth. You seat them, take the ticket, work the grill, and ring them out at the register. Same faces, same routine, every night. Then one night somebody walks in wearing a familiar face.
Cook to ticket. Grill, fryer, chopping station, assembly counter. Orders stack up on the line, patience drains, and the supply delivery doesn't come any faster because you're behind.
Keep the City Registry. Every regular has a page — their usual, their allergies, their address, who they come in with. It fills in as you talk to them, night after night.
Find the one who doesn't belong. Cross-check the reservation slip and ID card against what you've written down. A street name that's slightly wrong. A seal stamped a digit off. A photo that doesn't quite sit right. When paper isn't enough, there are other tools: thermometer, scale, dermal scanner, UV lamp.
Make the call. Be sure before you are. Accusing a real regular costs you. Letting the other thing finish its coffee and walk out costs more.
One to eight players online. Someone runs the floor, someone holds the kitchen, someone stands by the host stand insisting the guy in booth four is wrong about something they can't name. Drop-in, drop-out lobbies, invite straight through Steam — or work the whole shift alone, if you trust yourself. Over forty regulars to learn. Eleven levels of restaurant to grow into, with new recipes, new equipment, and upgrades that make the night survivable — a dishwasher that isn't your two hands, a coffee machine that pours two at a time.
I'm one developer. The full loop is here and it's stable end to end: open the store, work the shift, spot the irregular, close out, level up, come back tomorrow night. What Early Access buys is time to build on it with players in the room instead of guessing.
Bug reports and feedback go to the Discord or the Steam discussion boards.
Thanks for coming in. Watch the booths.
