Previously uranium was used to fabricate Outposts, now it does something way more interesting.You can use uranium to build reactors, which generate power. They have three main rules:
Reactors generate power from heat
Adjacent reactors generate more heat
Too much heat is bad*
*Unless you can keep it under control.
Conduits carry power from reactors to the asteroid, but can lose efficiency over long distances if you aren't careful.Power is used to build and upgrade stations, you're going to need a lot of it.
