Building Collisions Enabled: The global environment is no longer just visual. We have integrated a structural collision mesh framework for all globally generated buildings, meaning aircraft will now accurately interact with city geometry and obstacles.
Optimized Scenery Loading: Major adjustments were made to the core simulation streaming backend. We have overhauled the methodology of how high-density airports and detailed urban buildings are paged into memory, reducing structural stutter and data-loading bottlenecks during low-altitude flight.
Intelligent Placement Backend: Our brand-new tree system has been successfully integrated. The engine now dynamically references geospatial classification layers to intelligently deduce exactly where specific foliage types should spawn.
5x Performance Uplift: By aggressively restructuring how tree matrices are handled in memory, the new multi-type tree engine handles a vastly superior volume of foliage simultaneously. Benchmark tests reveal a 5x performance enhancement over our legacy tree system when rendered at identical density values.
Dynamic Screen Systems: We have laid down the framework for high-fidelity aircraft cockpits. A new rendering system has been engineered to support dynamic glass cockpits, digital instrumentation, and real-time screen redraws.
Interactive Cockpit Elements: Clickable cockpit geometry is now officially supported. Physical buttons, knobs, and switches can now be mapped directly to inner aircraft systems, moving us a step closer to full systemic aircraft operations.
Noise Mitigation & SSR Cleanup: Building on our recent deferred pipeline transition, we spent the week cleaning up reflection buffers. Visual noise, shimmering, and artifacting on wet or metallic surfaces have been heavily mitigated.
Runway Blending & Real-time Weather: Edge blending between runway assets and local terrain has been meticulously refined to ensure smooth visual transitions. We also pushed further stability passes to the real-time weather synchronization engine, using London City Airport (EGLC) as a benchmark to test dynamic atmospheric data rendering.
Aircraft Encryption Layer: To ensure a safe ecosystem for third-party addon creators and protect developers against software piracy, a secure, proprietary encryption layer has been integrated for all aircraft configuration and model files.
Ecosystem Backend & UI: The Marketplace UI has received a visual refresh for cleaner layout navigation, backed by a thoroughly rebuilt account profile and currency management system to guarantee transaction stability.
