We’re excited to announce that Farkle: Tavern Dice now has an official Steam page!
If throwing dice in a medieval tavern, pushing your luck and deciding whether to take your winnings or risk everything sounds like your kind of game, you can now add Farkle: Tavern Dice to your Steam Wishlist.
Farkle: Tavern Dice is our take on the classic push-your-luck dice game, brought to life inside an atmospheric medieval tavern.
The basic idea is simple.
Roll the dice. Build your score. Decide whether to bank your points or keep rolling.
Every successful roll gives you another decision to make.
Do you walk away with what you have?
Or do you risk another throw for an even bigger score?
Push your luck too far, and you can lose everything you earned during that round.
We have also released a new trailer showing Farkle: Tavern Dice in action.

The trailer gives you a look at the tavern, the dice gameplay and the atmosphere we are creating for the game.
Our goal with Farkle: Tavern Dice is to make the experience feel like actually sitting down for a game inside a medieval tavern.
That means the environment, lighting, sound and music are an important part of the experience alongside the dice mechanics themselves.
The game features a detailed medieval tavern environment and music inspired by music from the period.
Farkle is also being developed using Ptero-Engine, our own game engine at Pterosoft Studio.
Getting the Steam page live is an important milestone, but development is continuing.
We’ll use Steam announcements to share development updates, screenshots, videos and information about new features as we move toward release.
If you’re interested in following development, you can also Follow the game on Steam.
And most importantly:
If Farkle: Tavern Dice looks like something you would enjoy, please consider adding it to your Steam Wishlist.
Wishlisting means Steam can notify you when the game releases, and it also helps us understand how much interest there is in the project.
Thank you to everyone who has followed the development of Farkle so far.
There is much more to come.
