We’re happy to announce that the Into the West Battle Path campaign has just begun.
This Battle Path is inspired by the legendary Chinese novel “Journey to the West” and the story of Sun Wukong (the Monkey King) and the scroll pilgrims tasked with bringing Buddhism from India to China. The prizes of the Battle Path follow all four unabridged novel volumes and are inspired by the events within the books.
The main prizes of the Battle Path are three cutting edge Chinese vehicles:
- ZBD-100 Tier 10 Premium Armored Fighting Vehicle for reaching Level 15
- Type 100 CSV Tier 10 Premium Tank Destroyer for reaching Level 30
- ZTZ-100 Tier 10 Premium Main Battle Tank for reaching Level 50
All three vehicles feature a new unique ability called Synergy – thanks to a shared cutting-edge Battlefield Management System they are able to boost each other’s performance as well as the performance of their other teammates. And when all three join together, they can create a shield protecting them and other friendly vehicles from guided missiles. You can read more about that in our dedicated article.
Further updates and rewards include:
- 4 Pilgrim Loot Crates, each of them awarding a single Premium vehicle you don’t have yet as well as other content
- 1 epic skin, dozens of new camouflages and other rewards
- Older Chinese-themed prizes as rewards for completing Chain Missions
- 1000 Legendary Blueprints available as a part of the main progression
- 10 additional overprogression levels featuring more Legendary Blueprints (up to full 10000 required)
- New content in Battle Path shop, including Type 99B blueprints, 7 new vehicles and dozens of camouflages and skins
- Dozens of new camouflages and other assets in the shop
- Overhauled Chain and Daily Missions

There are two ways of accessing the Battle Path:
- Path of the Pilgrim
- Path of the Warrior
Path of the Pilgrim offers free access for everyone. Included are the prizes up until Level 15 as well as limited access to the Battle Path’s features. Path of the Warrior is the full access to the Battle Path that is available in the usual fashion and includes the full experience:
- Standard pass (access only)
- Golden pass with access and 50.000 Battle Coins
