Decreased sapper build time to 1.5 seconds from 3.0 seconds.
Gabions and Chaveux now have twice the HP.
Sapper boxes hold twice the material.
Artillery now does less damage to sapper structures, grapeshot and shrapnel shot projectiles do none.
Fixed a bug that caused buggy spawns around the Talavera mountain.
Shrapnel shot damage decreased by 20 HP.
Made adjustments to the events tab.
