Content Updates

• Added another way to obtain the "Ultimate Fishing Rod Design."
  • The "Ultimate Fishing Rod Design" was obtainable only through an achievement, so it wasn't possible to obtain it if it was destroyed or lost. Therefore the following improvements have been introduced.
  • Added the new "Fishing Expert" achievement. You can obtain the "Fishing Expert Bundle" through the achievement.
    • : Can obtain Ultimate Fishing Rod Design x1, and Title: Touch Da Fishy x1
    • Achievement Condition: Complete all Ocean Dominator, Chum Expert, and Baitworm Slaughter achievements.
    • Characters who complete all three of the above achievements will automatically complete the "Fishing Expert" achievement when logging in after the update.
    • The Ultimate Fishing Rod Design and Title: Touch Da Fishy rewards will be removed from the existing "Fishing" achievement rewards.

  • The design for the Ultimate Fishing Rod Design was added at the Handicraft Kiln.
    • Can only be crafted when completing the Fishing Expert achievement.

• Improved rewards will be available for "The Roaming Sea Spirit of Greed" quest.
  • The Delphinad Ghost Ship content was designed to provide rewards through item drops after completing the content, but we received feedback that the rewards for "The Roaming Sea Spirit of Greed" daily quest could use some improvement. Therefore we made the following improvements.
    • Added 1,000 Honor Points to the rewards for "The Roaming Sea Spirit of Greed" quest.
    • We're also planning on making more improvements to the rewards for the Delphinad Ghost Ship content in the future.

• Ship owners can now release occupied cannons from their ship when the cannons are occupied by others.
  • You can interact with an occupied cannon to release it.
  • This can only be done by the ship's owner.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed the issue where the Cinderstone Moor Competition quest could be completed before a Faction Competition ends.
  • Due to this fix, the "Purify Cinderstone Moor" quest completion condition was removed from the quest objectives for the "Cinderstone Moor Competition" quest.
  • The "Purify Cinderstone Moor" quest will no longer be automatically be accepted when accepting the "Cinderstone Moor Competition" quest.
  • When you talk to the NPC again after accepting the quest mentioned above, you can accept the "Purify Cinderstone Moor" quest.

• Fixed the issue where the instructions for using the Crash Cymbal, High Tom, and Ride Cymbal in the "How-To" section for drums were not accurate.
• Added a "Slow" icon in the tooltip for Missile Rain.
• Fixed the issue where NPCs could be targeted for quests for killing hostile players (ArchePass).

Event

• To show our appreciation to all the loyal ArcheAge adventurers, we will be giving out a 1-year Patron ticket for those who have the Andelph Drakora, Ashen Wings: Sky Emperor, Ellam, Scroll: Strada, and Tuskora that can be obtained through the Luxurious Reward Crate.
  • For: Accounts with characters that have completed all of the achievements below prior to January 4 (UTC 13:00), 2024.

  • We'll begin distributing the 1-year Patron ticket after the maintenance on January 11, 2024. You can check your rewards through your web inventory from the ArcheAge website.

Known Issue

• The Sleepyhead title you obtained from the Winter Maiden Festival, which was renamed to Frozen Ice, will be changed back to Sleepyhead. To prevent confusion on how to equip the Sleepyhead icon (ZZZ) we changed the description of the Sleepyhead title related to the Archeum Hammer event as follows: Must have the “Sleepyhead” title from the Archeum Hammer event to equip this icon. (The Sleepyhead title from the Winter Maiden Festival is not applicable.)
