Early Access v0.3.0 - Massive Update & Bug Hunt!

Hey Agents! Here is our biggest update yet: v0.3.0!

I've spent a lot of time testing the new systems and hunted down tons of annoying bugs one by one based on your feedback. We really did a massive amount of work (70 changes in total!). I worked hard to make the gameplay flawless, I hope you love it!

Massive New Features:
- Manager Representation: You can now represent managers as clients, find them clubs, and negotiate their contracts.
- Global Branch Network: Open offices in 44 countries and build your global network.
- Difficulty Selection: Shape your career with Easy, Normal, and Hard options.
- Finance Overhaul: Completely revamped Finance screen to track every single expense.

Important Bug Fixes & Improvements (Based on Your Feedback):
- Fixed the match engine bug where match scores and league table results were different.
- Fixed an issue where the second client in the same club would lose their stats.
- Fixed calendar issues: leagues with 22-24 teams not finishing the season and seasons stopping when league sizes were edited.
- Fixed own goals inflating the match score incorrectly.
- Fixed lower leagues practically scoring zero goals and top scorer tables calculating incorrectly.
- Fixed 5 critical menu bugs that caused save files to be deleted without confirmation.
- Removed "empty choices" in dialogues; every choice you make now has a real consequence!
- Fixed purchased agency perks (like Private Jet Fleet) not working properly.
- Fixed the missing "Back" button across many screens; you can now easily navigate back to where you came from.
- Added "Are you sure?" confirmation pop-ups for critical actions like releasing academy players to prevent accidents.
