During this broadcast, we introduced the major content coming in the September 17th (Thu) update, including Ultimate Hailey, the Hailey Descendant Story, the new content Cradle of Evolution, a new Trigger Module, Descendant rebalancing, Transcendent Weapon rebalancing, Ultimate Module improvements, Lounge storage trading, the start of Transcendent Weapon trading, the Desertion Penalty, Breach Tracking improvements, skins, events, and more.

■ Karel's Mothership: Conquest Event Phase 2
- The Karel's Mothership Conquest Event Phase 1 Elite Squad Ranking Run runs until the September 17th (Thu) update maintenance.
- After the September 17th (Thu) update, the Phase 2 Leaderboard Ranking Run begins.
- In Phase 2, Descendants can participate in both Solo Play and public matchmaking.
■ Ultimate Hailey
- Ultimate Hailey is being added.
- The Ultimate equipment “Pitch Black Firing Line” focuses on improving sniping stability rather than Arche enhancement.
- Hailey's overall skill damage is being increased.
- The Hailey Descendant Story is being added.
- Upon completing the story, players can obtain Hailey’s Records, a chest accessory, 1 Crystallization Catalyst, and Ultimate Hailey crafting materials.
- 2 new Skill Modules are being added.

Dangerous Distance
A close-range combat module. When engaging within 30 meters, Chill skill power and critical hit rate increase. Skill 1 “Reactive Cryo Round” changes to a toggle, automatically applying Cryogenic status effects. Skill 2 “Meteor Snare” fires a freeze beam from the ground and in the air. Skill 3 “Arctic Rage” increases movement speed, shield, and skill critical hit multiplier for its duration when used. Skill 4 “Extreme Torrent” is an exclusive weapon skill that fires a minigun, dealing additional explosion damage to enemies in Cryogenic status.
Extreme Strike
A maximum-range sniper concept module. Effects activate at 12.5 meters or more and grow stronger the farther away the Descendants are. Skill 1 “Cryo Round” has its range extended to 60 meters and reduces the movement speed of titans and commanders. Skill 2 “Charging Snare” charges and fires a freeze beam. Skill 4 exclusive weapon skill “Extreme Strike” fires a single-shot laser that amplifies weapon damage and pierces all targets.
■ Trigger Module: Freezing Breakthrough
- The new Trigger Module “Freezing Breakthrough” is being added.
- Supercooling stacks while the toggle is maintained.
- When Descendants use a skill weapon or an exclusive weapon skill while stacked, both Chill skill power and the critical hit multiplier increase.
■ New Content: Cradle of Evolution
- It is set in a ritual and experimental facility built by the Order of Truth to create a new higher entity.
- It is added as a Maneuvering Operation content.
- It features randomness, with the mission process changing each time you play.
- Its difficulty is higher than the Axion Infiltration Operation.
- It is a farming location for Ultimate Hailey materials. Transcendent Weapons drop at 271-400 Quality.

Singer’s Mercy
Speaker duration increased. Inspiration Gauge gain on successful notes increased.
Battlefield Concert
Auto-target count, range, and duration increased. Boss damage increased to multiplicative, and Fever Time damage and duration also increased.
Battlefield Artist
Skill 4 ammo recovery increased, allowing Luna to also be built as a gunfighter.
Lepic

Grenade damage increased, skill power added to Overclock, Traction Grenade improved to a stack mechanic, and Overkill duration and damage increased.
Increased Efficiency
Movement speed, explosion range, and damage increased.
Nerve Infiltration
Severe Burn buffed with increased damage per stack, enabling use in anti-titan content.
Explosive Stacks
Required shots adjusted and damage increased.
■ Transcendent Weapon Rebalancing
- The Transcendent Abilities of 5 Transcendent Weapons are being increased. Targets: ARMIS, Storm Cage, Raging Light, Malicious Dominator, Emperor’s Guard Lance.
- Among the Transcendent Abilities, single-target damage increases by about 2x.
- Among the Transcendent Abilities, area-of-effect abilities gain higher frequency, probability, and range, raising their peak damage.
- Transcendent Weapons already farmed also improve in proportion to the increase rate.
- The per-core additional effect of exclusive weapon skills is incorporated into the skill's base specification. Even when a Transcendent Weapon is equipped, you can receive the exclusive weapon skill's core effect from the start.

ARMIS
The countdown decreases even without hitting enemies, allowing Small Warhead Rocket to be fired more frequently.
Storm Cage
Electric Shockwave hits a wider range and more enemies. Lightning Storm now also triggers on enemy hit in addition to kills.
Malicious Dominator
Recoil reduced and blades bounce farther and faster. Malicious Explosion now also triggers when hitting terrain, and its damage range is expanded.
Raging Light
Aim no longer resets after firing. The trigger condition for the area-of-effect effect is eased, and its range is also expanded.
Emperor’s Guard Lance
Duration and range increased. On multi-hit, “Emperor’s Majesty” now occurs on all Guard Lances.
■ Ultimate Module Improvements
- The balance of 11 Ultimate Modules has been adjusted.

Trigger Condition Eased
Modules that previously required HP to fall below half are now easier to trigger. “Critical Point Breakthrough” now activates with just one buff stacked, and its maximum effect is also increased.
Setup Burden & Penalty Eased
“Arche Concretion” can now be used by Non-Attribute Descendants without enhancement skills, and its effect is maintained when rolling or grappling. “An Iron Will” now applies the damage received coefficient without needing a defense setup.
Effect Increased
“Last Stand” can be used more frequently and achieves its maximum effect with less shield setup. “Improve Driveshaft” now reliably applies the increased gun ATK when rolling.
■ Lounge Storage Trading / Start of Transcendent Weapon Trading
- With the 09.17 (Thu) update, a new Lounge Storage Trade feature is being added to provide a more convenient trading experience.
- This update introduces the Lounge Storage Trade feature, which allows trading without meeting in person, along with the newly added Transcendent Weapon Trade,
and a Trade Fee System Overhaul to ensure a more stable trading environment.

Introduction of Lounge Storage Trade
● What Is Lounge Storage Trade?
- Lounge Storage Trade is a new trading method that allows you to visit a Descendant's Lounge and purchase registered items even when the other player is offline.
- With the existing One-on-One Trading, both the seller and buyer had to be online at the same time to complete a trade, but with the Lounge Storage Trade system, it is possible to purchase items whenever, regardless of whether the seller is online.

● Lounge Storage Trade via Trade Market
- The Lounge Storage Trade feature can be used even more conveniently through the Trade Market on the official Website, which is also being improved in this update.
Items registered for trade in the in-game Lounge Storage are automatically listed under the items for sale on the Trade Market.
- Likewise, items that have been sold through Lounge Storage Trade are automatically synced with the in-game system and removed from the Trade Market's active listings.
- In short, with the improved Trade Market, trading can be done seamlessly through in-game activity alone, without any separate registration for sale or completion steps.
- If there is an item you'd like to purchase in the Trade Market, simply click the "Add Lounge Info" button to send the selling Descendant's Lounge info to the in-game client and visit them with ease to complete your purchase.
※ Please note that if you use "Add Lounge Info" or "Send Whisper" from the Trade Market while on the Title Screen, the information will not be added in-game.
- Trying again after entering Albion will add the Trade Market info normally.
● Changes Brought by the Introduction of Lounge Storage Trade
- As Lounge Storage Trade is a feature that offers a high level of convenience, more flexible and stable trade operation measures are also needed to keep up with the evolving trading environment.
- First, to allow Descendants to trade high-value items more flexibly, the maximum trade limit for One-on-One Trading and Lounge Storage Trade has been increased to 25,000 Caliber.
- In addition, some trade policies have been revised, and details can be found in the Trade Fee overhaul section below.
- After the update, the existing One-on-One Trading will remain available, and whichever trading method is most convenient can be chosen depending on the situation.
- Please also note that for the trade statistics provided on the Trade Market website, data for Transcendent Weapons and Lounge Storage Trade will be added at a later date.
Transcendent Weapon Trade Opens
● Transcendent Weapon Trade Added
- After the 09.17 (Thu) update, trading Transcendent Weapons between Descendants will become available.
- To start, all 11 Transcendent Weapons added with the Season 4 Episode 1 update will be available for trade. Additionally, any new Transcendent Weapons added in the future will be available for trade immediately upon launch, just like the existing Trigger Modules and Ancestors Modules.
- When you acquire a Transcendent Weapon through gameplay, trade protection applies, meaning it can only be registered for sale after 24 hours have passed from the time of acquisition.
- Furthermore, a Transcendent Weapon acquired through trade cannot increase a Descendant's Transcendent Weapon Base Quality.

● Transcendent Weapon Binding System
- As Transcendent Weapons are a core element of long-term growth content, a binding system applies to ensure stable operation of the Trade system.
(1) Binding Rules
- Transcendent Weapons you acquire can be sold freely
- Transcendent Weapons acquired through trade with another Descendant become bound to the buyer
- Bound Transcendent Weapons cannot be resold
(2) Unbinding
- A bound Transcendent Weapon can be returned to being tradeable by using a "Trade Permit."
- Trade Permits can be acquired by purchasing them from the paid Shop.
Trade Fee Overhaul Info
- The current One-on-One Trading System operates on a structure where the buyer bears the Gold Trade Fee.
- This policy was introduced to prevent abnormal trades and abusive behavior, however,
in practice, relying solely on a Gold fee-based structure proved insufficient to keep up with the evolving trading environment.
- Specifically, Lounge Storage Trade allows transactions at any time regardless of whether the seller is online, so the volume and frequency of trades are expected to grow significantly.
- To support a stable trading environment and maintain a healthy trading order, we have overhauled the Trade Fee structure accordingly.
- The fees previously borne by buyers have been reduced, and the structure has been adjusted to better suit the characteristics of each trading method.
● One-on-One Trading
- The existing trading method can continue to be used.
- One-on-One Trading will remain available, so that the same trading experience can be had even after Lounge Storage Trade is introduced and buyer fees will be reduced significantly.

- After the update, both One-on-One Trading and Lounge Storage Trade will be available, and whichever trading method is most convenient can be chosen depending on the situation.
■ Desertion Penalty
- It first applies only to public matchmaking in Onslaught mode, and the scope will be expanded later.
- A penalty system is being added that delays your next public matchmaking time when you desert.
- Deserting from public matchmaking accumulates a desertion count. The count resets daily.
- Normally completing public matchmaking while under penalty releases the matchmaking delay.
- Deserting again imposes a longer matchmaking delay penalty.
- While a matchmaking delay is in effect, party participation is restricted.
■ Breach Tracking Improvements
- A “Dimensional Stone” that consumes a large amount of Dimensional Stabilization Key for large rewards spawns probabilistically.
- From the Dimensional Stone, you can obtain up to 5,000 Superconductive Cooling Unit, 10 Crystallization Catalyst, and up to 100 million Gold.
- During Breach Tracking, the Dimensional Stone spawns once more probabilistically. You can also farm research time acceleration items.
- You can farm Transcendent Weapons from Breach Tracking monster kill rewards and completion rewards.
■ QoL Improvements
- Ancestor Module storage slots are increased by 50.
- A feature to filter and view only unowned modules is being added.
- In the Research menu, items obtainable through HQ Orders are marked with an icon, and a shortcut to the HQ Orders menu is added.
- A shop is being added where you can purchase basic modules from NPC Silion with Archive Shards.
- Content unlock conditions and Mission result statistics improvement will be added in the further update.
- The Eterellick and Khulan gimmicks are being improved to be more intuitive.
- Descendants can check their playtime even when a Trials run is interrupted.
- Additional improvements will be detailed in the patch notes.
