This is the biggest expansion in the game’s history, bringing 19 new chapters, five full campaigns, and a significantly expanded version of Cambrai. These new stories will take you across the blood-soaked lands of Aquitaine, the bustling streets of medieval Paris, and the war-torn Balkans.
Alongside the DLC, we have also released the free Patch 3.0, which brings major changes to character progression, combat, balance, and many other parts of Heads Will Roll: Reforged.
Five Campaigns — Five New Stories
Each campaign offers a different perspective on the war, taking you from an ordinary soldier to a participant in events that can change the fate of entire nations.
- King Edward’s Campaign. Rally under the banner of the former Black Prince, now King Edward IV of England, and march through Aquitaine to restore his father’s honor and crush the French.
- John Hawkwood’s Campaign. Follow Hawkwood’s rise from a lowborn captain in the English army to the leader of the legendary White Company — the finest and deadliest mercenaries in Europe.
- Bartholomew’s Campaign. Escape Cambrai alongside Bartholomew and Jeanne, make your way to Paris, and try to carve out a place for yourselves in the medieval metropolis.
- Amadeus of Savoy’s Campaign. Enter the service of Count Amadeus VI of Savoy and join his crusade to the Balkans to help the fading Byzantine Empire hold back the Ottoman forces.
- More Adventures with Grace and Glory. Help the heroines discover who put a price on their heads, regain the initiative, and settle the score with their mysterious client.
Return to Cambrai
Familiar events now unfold in new ways. The expanded version of Cambrai includes additional quests, events, characters, and battles, as well as new branches that can send the story down a completely different path.
Free Patch 3.0
Patch 3.0 is now available to all owners of Heads Will Roll: Reforged. The update includes:
- New items. More than 40 new weapons, armor pieces, helmets, shields, and trinkets.
- Reworked character progression. Completely overhauled combat talent trees with more than 60 unlockable perks, as well as increased stat caps.
- More combat options. Unique mechanics for bludgeoning weapons and interactive environments that let you pick up weapons and other items during combat.
- Updated balance. Numerous sections in the second half of the game have been rebalanced, while the King’s path has received new events and additional content.
- Expanded Survival Mode. The mode has been significantly reworked and expanded.
- New events and interactions. The game now features even more random events, dialogue, and character encounters.
- A more convenient way to start a new campaign. When creating a custom character, you can now skip Cambrai and begin at a later point in the campaign.
- Additional settings. Text and combat animation speeds can now be adjusted.
- Updated shops. Item spawn algorithms have been reworked, and the available selection has been expanded.
- Technical improvements. Performance has been improved and numerous bugs have been fixed.
