Today, we've released a hotfix to address stability issues affecting some players using AMD GPUs.
We are continuing to work closely with AMD to investigate stability issues affecting some players using AMD GPUs. As part of this work, we have identified a fix that should reduce the occurrence of these issues for affected players.While this is not a complete fix for all AMD-related stability issues, we wanted to release this improvement as soon as possible rather than wait for Update 1.5.Work towards a full solution remains a priority, and we’ll share further updates as soon as we have more information.

Additonal Fix
In 1.4 an issue was introduced that saw nameplates for medics being duplicated when downed. This has also been resolved as well in 1.4.1
