Silvissira and the new area expansion is coming this weekend. The release times and initial details of the new content are below:

Valethal Pass Valethal Pass is the only pathway to the elven basin and unfortunately for the elves, it is home to Silvissira, a giant spider queen and her children. Silvissira's presence deems the pass too unsafe, even for the elves.
Valethal Pass will host level 50 & 60 content and will require membership to enter. Silvissira Silvissira, our new High Level Boss, will be a challenge on the same level as the burning king. Silvissira will drop a new level 60 Bow and Shield. These weapons will be the first of its kind as they have will have their own abilities.
Weapon abilities can be activated with the primary ability key for main-hand equipment, and secondary ability key for off-hand equipment. Each unique weapon ability will have its own cooldown and does not require any resources to use.
Silvissira will also drop Large Fangs, the ingredient required to make a new strong attack potion, requiring level 60 potion making to make.
Silvissira is a members only boss.
Elven Chests
You will be able to obtain untradeable elven keys from various sources in the forest. These keys can be used to open four different elven chests in the area. Each chest has its own unique untradeable and tradeable rewards. Rewards include new high level tools, a new cloak, new Jewellery and Elven Gold Armour Schematics.
Two elven chests are available in free to play and the other two are members only.
Elven Gold Armour Elven gold armour is a new craftable level 40 hybrid Defence-Evasion armour set. This armour set can be crafted once you acquire the necessary Elven Gold Armour Schematics from an elven chest.
Elven Gold Armour is members only to craft and equip.
The Reclamation The Reclamation are a faction of magical thieves and bandits, and they like to get their hands on any source of magical essence they can find.
The Reclamation have a hide-out on the coast near Valen Port. Fighting them can reward you with a new magic ring, gloves and boots.
The Reclamation is level 20 content and is free to play. Arrow Saving Trinket There is a new animal in the forest. Hunting this animal will reward you with an item which may help you to save some arrows fired. The Arrow Saving Trinket is level 30 content and is free to play.
