Maintenance has concluded as of 5:17 PM PDT and the servers are available once more.
With our August 27th maintenance, the first Life Association Ranking Period occurred. Due to a backend issue, the maintenance started later than intended, which subsequently caused the game to begin the 7:00 AM PDT evaluation process while players were still online.
Because of this, 15 players who had earned Maistir rank, and 11 players who had earned Virtuoso rank had the incorrect rank applied (Amateur).
We have corrected this issue, and the players have been restored to the correct rank. Compensation for these affected players will come at a later date. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience and understanding of downtime resulting from the fix.
Mabinogi has begun an unscheduled maintenance on August 28th. During this time, the game will be unavailable. Maintenance will begin at 4 PM PDT and is expected to last for 1.5 hours. Please note that the estimated length of time for each maintenance is subject to change without notification.
