Hello once again folks, here comes a new round of fixes.

After implementing in-game volume adjustments, I've received emails of people using different types of keyboards that cause them to permanently mute their game. I've set it so pressing sets the volume to 100% and now you have to hold Left shift while adjusting the volume with +/- keys to avoid people pressing them by accident.

I've also made it so that the title screen fires a code to Steam's API as a way to double check if you've gotten the achievements for the endings for those people who seem to have somehow not gotten them despite completing the game (Same for re-entering Mellow's room while the gold soccer ball ribbon is visible).

Notes:

  • Fixed a rare bug where you could teleport to the elevator in gambling floor if a walking NPC gets in your way.
  • Fixed a bug where a jump scare stays visible if Mellow dies during the jumpscare.
  • Fixed a bug where certain NPC dialogue choices didn't appear when they should have and vise versa.
  • Fixed a bug where Mellow is rendered below a video tape.
  • Fixed a bug where if you constantly tried to equip the telescope while trying to enter a locked room the game would crash.
  • Fixed typos.
  • Fixed a bug where the waterfall was still interactable when it shouldn't be.

I'm starting to get the feeling that the bugs are getting less serious by the day, so I hope it stays stable for the foreseeable future.

Thank you all for contacting me with your findings, the game wouldn't be the same without all your help. As always, if you find anything, contact me here: [email protected]

Cheers!
- Andy

I also added a feature where you could manually adjust the game's volume in-game using the + or - keys. (This was implemented due to the fact that if you start a new game with the volume slider at 0, it stays at zero every time you load that file) As per usual, if there are any errors, bugs, or crashes please send t…
