1. Cloud & Weather Rendering Enhancements
The cloud system has undergone further refinement to improve its visual behaviour across a broader spectrum of weather scenarios. Shape generation and shading logic have been adjusted to produce more natural, organic formations that respond convincingly to changing atmospheric conditions.
2. Renderer Optimisation & Atmospheric Effects The rendering pipeline has received additional polish, with particular attention given to ambient effects. Haze integration has been enhanced to improve depth perception and atmospheric scattering, while shadow and lighting systems have been recalibrated for greater accuracy and visual cohesion. Fog rendering has also been refined to ensure seamless transitions between visibility layers.
3. Performance Technologies: DLSS & Frame Generation
Work has commenced on integrating DLSS and Frame Generation technologies into the rendering pipeline. These features are being implemented to provide users with compatible hardware the ability to achieve higher frame rates and improved visual clarity without compromising image quality.
4. System Resilience & Stability
A new safe-mode mechanism has been introduced to address scenarios where the simulation fails to launch following a crash or configuration error.
