New starter spawn: green bugs

With this update a new starter spawn, green bugs, has been added to the game to make the game a bit easier at the beginning on a new character.

Moreover blue jewel stone has been added as drop from red dragon and elder beholder and grey jewel stone has been added as drop from demonic spawn. Also drop rates for demonic spawn have been slightly increased.
