Major overhaul of Winter Cliff
Addition of new vehicle "4UR"
Addition of new DLC vehicles "PP6" and "PP6R"
Selectable handling modes: "Simulation" and "Arcade"
Vehicle handling adjustments
Various bug fixes and improvements
