The current story milestones are for testing purposes only—intended solely to validate gameplay mechanics—and the narrative content will be completely overhauled before the official release.
**Exploration Updates for the Final Six Worlds:** Maps, events, clues, and hidden routes have been reorganized for *Wuxia Chaos*, *Song of the Dragon Egg*, *Ghost Cinema*, *Underworld Invasion*, *Containment Breach*, and *Insect Planet*, ensuring that early-game choices have a greater impact on subsequent encounters and endings.
**Identity-Based Choices:** Certain events now offer different resolution options based on the team's lineage or playstyle, with corresponding long-term consequences recorded.
**Event Trade & Reward Adjustments:** Increased opportunities to exchange inventory items; adjusted resource investment requirements and equipment/item rewards to better match the stage progression; and limited the ability to claim rewards from certain events repeatedly.
**Story Item & Cooperative Ability Adjustments:** Updated story items, persistent effects, and ending rewards for the final six worlds; added cooperative abilities such as "Synergy."
**Dynamic Story Maps:** Map visuals in certain worlds will change as the story progresses—such as the "Black Fog" coverage effect in *Song of the Dragon Egg*.
**Event & Character Art Updates:** Added story illustrations and item icons for the final six worlds, as well as visual assets for enemies like Cult Fanatics, Dragon-Slaying Ballistae, Paper Effigies, Soul Guides, and Plasma Bugs.
**Enemy & Encounter Adjustments (Final Six Worlds):** Reconfigured stats, skills, and squad compositions (scaling with team size) for standard enemies, elites, and bosses; adjusted faction dynamics and the appearance schedule of SCP-style entities in *Containment Breach*.
**Enemy Skill Fixes:** Resolved issues regarding interrupted charge-ups, target marking, death-triggered splash damage, summoning conditions, resurrection targets, and basic attack calculations; fixed a bug where "Swollen Ones" failed to trigger death effects when killed by damage-over-time (DoT) effects.
**Improved Combat Feel:** Refined attack animations, hit effects, hit reactions, critical hit visuals, damage numbers, and sound layering to make the distinction between shield damage and health damage clearer.
**Improved Multiplayer Attack Clarity:** Added clearer indicators for attack sources and targets, making it easier to distinguish between simultaneous attacks, spread attacks, and focused fire. Enhanced Boss Skill Animations: Added animations for skills used by World Bosses, Hidden Bosses, and certain Anomalies; reduced gameplay interruptions caused by the repetitive full-animation playback of frequently used skills.
Optimized Combat Camera: Adjusted camera positioning for skill telegraphs, execution, and impact; fixed issues regarding camera offset, abnormal character scaling, repetitive zooming, and camera interference persisting after animations ended.
Added Target Selection List for Crowded Enemy Formations: When facing large groups of enemies, players can now scroll through a list to view enemy names and HP, as well as drag actions, abilities, or items directly onto specific targets.
Added Fusion Compendium: Players can now view fusion materials, required quantities, and the resulting items and effects within the card pack management interface, as well as filter recipes based on materials.
Added Manual Card Discarding: Resolved the issue where players could not proceed when both the hand and the battlefield slots were full; added relevant UI prompts.
Expanded "Summon Strength" Scope: More cards—including those involving damage, healing, shields, debuff stacks, and summon support effects—are now influenced by Summon Strength; updated descriptions to prevent double-counting of bonuses.
Fixed Card Effects: Corrected issues where "Life" cards failed to apply shields correctly and "Murloc Howl" failed to calculate success probability based on the target's HP.
Refined Summon Duration: Friendly summons now display remaining turns; fixed an issue where enemy summons failed to leave the field upon expiration.
Redesigned Undead Resurrection Interface: Centralized view for dead units, resurrection stats, and costs; allows for batch selection of skeletons to offset costs and single-step confirmation, reducing the need for step-by-step selection.
Added Cat-Girl Appearance: Characters with Cat-Girl lineage now display cat ears and a tail that match their hair color, along with new idle animations; this applies to secondary lineages as well.
Adjusted Protagonist Time Cost: Reduced the "Wound" cost from two stacks to one.
Fixed Energy and Stat Refreshing: Resolved issues with secondary energy recovery, recovery requirement checks, and energy cap displays when using multiple lineages or style combinations; stats and energy caps now update immediately after exchanging lineages.
Added Batch Resource Contribution for Camps and Events: Players can now select multiple items, adjust quantities, and top up based on remaining requirements, while viewing delivery progress and the item list before final confirmation. Fixed save file issues: Resolved problems preventing saving or loading caused by specific energy combinations, changes in inventory capacity or item stacking, and event rewards left behind by members who had departed the party.
Standardized pop-up and hotkey behavior: The Esc key now prioritizes closing the topmost UI element; organizing rune arrays, cards, or exploration pop-ups no longer triggers underlying combat actions by mistake. Fixed an issue where custom actions were cleared after being dragged back to their original slots.
Fixed UI waiting and refresh states: Exchange and card pack saving processes no longer display "complete" prematurely due to standard UI refreshes; fixed synchronization issues regarding rune array buttons, destruction confirmations, and tooltips, as well as the issue where reading positions were reset upon refreshing.
Refined settings and chat interactions: Language switching now supports preview, apply, and cancel functions; chat messages no longer block clicks on underlying elements when the input box is closed, and they fade out when the mouse hovers over the message area.
Updated Chinese and English text and display: Synchronized translations and effect descriptions for new content; corrected missing characters, long text formatting, and UI display issues.
Expanded Mod world creation support: Added creation capabilities and documentation for exploration event conditions, resource costs, persistent effects, final battle reinforcements, and narrative map changes.
