THANK YOU — WE HIT $100 IN SALES.
I genuinely don't know how to put this into words.
Dark Hollow RPG has officially passed $100 in sales.
To some people, $100 probably isn't much. But to me, it represents something I never really knew if I'd be able to accomplish.
Dark Hollow started as an idea. Just an idea.
I didn't have a big studio behind me. I didn't have a publisher, a team of hundreds of people, or some massive budget. I had a computer, a bunch of ideas, and a stubborn determination to see if I could actually make a game.
I had to figure out how to build the damn thing.
I learned as I went. I spent countless hours writing code, fixing bugs, breaking things, fixing them again, rebuilding systems, figuring out Steam's requirements, making assets, dealing with builds that didn't work, and wondering more than once whether I was completely insane for trying to do all of this.
There were plenty of moments where Dark Hollow was sitting on my computer and I had no idea if anyone would ever actually play it.
Then I finally put it on Steam.
And someone bought it.
Then someone else did.
And another person.
And now I'm sitting here looking at $100 in actual sales from a game that started as an idea in my head.
That's fucking crazy to me.
Those aren't just sales. They're people who looked at something I created and decided it was worth spending their money on.
You believed in something I made.
And I don't think I'll ever be able to properly explain what that means to me.
So to every single person who has purchased Dark Hollow, played it, left a review, wishlisted it, shared it, told someone about it, or even just took the time to look at the store page:
Thank you. Seriously.
You helped prove to me that I could actually do this.
$100 isn't the finish line.
It's the first little piece of proof that this crazy idea was worth chasing.
Dark Hollow is out there now. People are playing it. People bought it. And I made that happen.
And honestly?
I'm fucking proud of myself.
Thank you for being part of it.
