In the new Gearbox DevCast all about Loveless the Hacker*, hosts Andrew Reiner and April Johnson talked with Game Designer Ryan Bailey for a deep dive into this symbiotic cyber-assassin's backstory, gameplay style, and a full rundown of her lethally synchronized Action Skills. You can catch all the new info right now on YouTube or Spotify!
If you missed the previous Gearbox DevCast, you can go catch up on all of the content coming your way on September 10, which includes the paid DLC of Story Pack 2: FL4K and the Last Resort* and Bounty Pack 5: Amara and the Vile Shadows**.
As a quick refresher, owning Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe Edition gets you all of the content from the Bounty Pack Bundle (Bounty Packs 2, 3, 4, and 5) and Vault Hunter Pack (Story Packs 1 and 2), while Borderlands 4 Deluxe Edition gets you the Bounty Pack Bundle. Content from individual Bounty Packs and Story Packs will also be available for separate purchase.
*Story Pack 2 DLC has two parts: new story content in FL4K and the Last Resort, and a playable Vault Hunter with Loveless the Hacker. Included in the Borderlands 4 Super Deluxe Edition, Vault Hunter Pack, and available for separate purchase. Base game required.
**Bounty Pack 5 DLC has two parts: a repeatable mission in Amara and the Vile Shadows, and rewards earned through gameplay with Vault Card 5. Included with the Borderlands 4 Bounty Pack Bundle, Deluxe and Super Deluxe Editions, and available for separate purchase. Base game required.
Loveless the Hacker, Story Pack 2: FL4K and the Last Resort, and Bounty Pack 5: Amara and the Vile Shadows are all coming on September 10, available for individual purchase when the Version 1.10 update drops. But Loveless isn't the only Vault Hunter making a splash on September 10, as Version 1.10 will increase the max level cap by 10 levels for all Borderlands 4 players, and includes plenty of balance adjustments for other Vault Hunters!
Y’all, Dead ECHOs returns with a chapter all about getting TF off Pandora. Yes, while everyone with common sense is giving Beefhole a 5-star rating, our ad-libbing leads skedaddle to the spaceport, headed to Junie’s childhood home. Can they outrun the Liquidator? Can Junie convince Watts to not sell his fingers to the dirty digit dealer? We have such sights to show you.
Buckle up for chowder chunks, suckle knuckles, cubicle farms, giant novelty scissors, goos, creams, sleems, and other things that sound gross but are... in fact, gross. Tune in as various seeds from the scam tree start to bear fruit!
Borderlands: Dead ECHOs is Gearbox’s first scripted narrative podcast, a darkly comedic drama set in the chaotic Borderlands universe. It follows Watts, a disenchanted DAHL ECHO Operator, who supplements his meager pay by sifting lucrative secrets from undeliverable ECHO logs and selling them to the highest bidder. When Junie, a curious stranger with big ideas, gets him out of a jam, the two strike up an unlikely partnership. As Junie injects a daring Robin Hood twist into Watts’ amateur criminal enterprise, their ECHO-brokering operation draws attention from ruthless mercenaries, violent outlaws, and DAHL’s deadly corporate hit squad led by power-hungry rogue executive, Vivian Proctor.
Listen to Borderlands: Dead ECHOs via YouTube, Spotify, Amazon, Apple, iHeart Radio, and Pandora, with new episodes of this limited series debuting weekly!
As you take photos and drop them in Steam, we’ll round up a few of our favorites for your viewing pleasure. Enjoy the beauty of chaos - er, I mean, Kairos!
