We’re excited to share a core feature coming to Sunyata at launch! The single‑player campaign will let you unlock every card in the game. No packs required, and no gacha or microtransactions—earn cards as you explore the world’s major factions. The campaign takes you across several major regions in Sunyata’s world, each shaped by its environment and the magic that transformed it. At the center of the campaign’s conflict are three major powers: Pompeii, Africa, and Antarctica.
Pompeii is led by Sir Thomas, whose army is pushing into Africa to expand his influence both abroad and at home against rival leaders. Africa is home to the massive, enchanted forest, defended by sentient trees and a wide range of magical life. Antarctica has chosen to remain neutral after coming out of its own civil war, focusing on rebuilding rather than joining the fight. As you move through the campaign, you’ll unlock cards tied to each region’s creatures, abilities, and philosophies. The goal is to make card collecting feel like a natural part of exploring the world and understanding the conflict between its major powers. We’ll share more about the campaign structure and how expansions will build on this system as we get closer to release!
