Performance improvements.
Initial loading screen should be quicker and lighter.
Enabled Vulkan/DirectX12 launch options on steam (if you have problems running with Vulkan try DirectX12 (Vulkan is still recommended since when it works it's usually a better experience)).
Added "How To Play" book!, you can check it out in the main menu and lobby.
Added list of public lobbies.
Removed one of the maps for Battle of bellies. It was too big, but it still appears on other minigames.
Added full armor bundle card, one card, four armor pieces, how convenient. :D
Ammo can appear as cards to be bought.
Ammo now goes to the inventory slots instead of the hotbar ("E" key to open inventory, for that 16% that has never opened it :n).
