Global Protocol: New World Order · published · build 24403829
This update overhauls Coalition Wars with separate peace options, introduces notification category filters, and resolves tooltip overlap issues. It also delivers annexed country cleanup and war score calculation improvements.
Separate Peace Treaties: You can now sign a separate peace treaty with an individual coalition member to remove only that country from the conflict, allowing you to dismantle coalition wars piece by piece. Signing a peace deal with the primary target still resolves the war for all participants.
Grouped War Displays: Coalition conflicts now render as a single consolidated "War vs {Target} (+N Allies)" row in your outliner and diplomacy screens instead of cluttering your interface with separate per-enemy entries.
Coalition Total Strength: War Details panels now display combined coalition strength totals (manpower and reserves across all allies) for clear military comparison.
Coalition War Score & AI Peace: War score calculations and AI peace evaluation now factor in coalition strength ratios and defensive ally resistance.
Per-Category Filtering: Customize your notification preferences under Settings > Gameplay. Filter notifications (All, Important Only, or Off) across 7 categories: Diplomacy, Military, Economy, Internal Politics, Intelligence, Multiplayer, and Action Feedback.
Muted Category Sounds: Audio alerts and sirens are now muted for disabled notification categories.
Precise Placement Engine: Re-engineered tooltip positioning. Tooltips now strictly avoid overlapping the button or element that spawned them.
Click-Through Protection: Resolved an issue where hover tooltips swallowed mouse clicks. Tooltips now pass through clicks so hovered buttons remain 100% responsive.
Comprehensive Cleanup: Annexing a country completely scrubs them from active war registries, reaps degenerate war entities, and destroys all remaining military units (armies, fleets, air wings, and satellites).
Recruitment Guards: Eliminated countries can no longer regenerate manpower or queue new unit recruitment orders.
Peace Button Restoration: Resolved a bug where annexed allies caused the "Offer Peace" button to vanish from the War Details modal.
