🕹️Video Game Day may have passed, but there’s always time to celebrate the games, adventures, and worlds that bring us together!
For this occasion, we’re taking a trip back in time with Trove’s Retro Mode!
We want you to jump in-game, visit your favorite place in Trove, activate /retromode, and capture the moment with an in-game screenshot. Whether it’s a beautiful corner of the Hub, some builds that you like , or simply a place that feels like home, show us your favorite part of Trove with a retro twist!
The event runs Until Monday, 21 September 2026 11:00 am UTC
💌How do I participate?
1️⃣ Jump in-game and travel to your favorite place in Trove.
2️⃣ Type /retromode in-game to activate Retro Mode.
3️⃣ Take a screenshot of your chosen location with Retro Mode clearly active.
4️⃣ Upload your screenshot to our Discord server in #🕹️retro-memories-event .
Make sure to include:
Your Character Name
Your Platform (PC, XBOX, PS-EU, PS-NA, or SWITCH)
🌟Event Rules
Only one submission per player is allowed.
This is an individual event. Each submission must be posted by the participating player.
If we find multiple submissions from the same player, they will be automatically disqualified.
The screenshot must be taken in-game in Trove.
/retromode must be activated and clearly visible in the submitted screenshot.
Your submission must feature a location of your choice within Trove.
Additional image editing, filters, overlays, or modifications are not allowed.
Content that is inappropriate or offensive is strictly forbidden.
