World Editor Broadcast Update, Converter Fixes & Booking Improvements
The World Editor gets a major Broadcast makeover, alongside improvements to database conversion, screen layouts and show pacing.
World Editor — Broadcast Design
- Expanded the Broadcast design throughout the World Editor to match the look of the main game. Classic remains available.
- Redesigned People editing across Bio, In-Ring, Personality, Pictures, Relationships, Alter Egos, Moveset, Chemistry, Contracts, Medical and Regions.
- Reorganized Promotions, including rosters, leadership, operations, calendars and brands, into clearer editing layouts.
- Updated Rivalries, Media, Networks, Sponsors, Regions, Venues, Industry and Lifecycle.
- Improved Titles, Teams, Relationships, Training Schools and Development layouts.
- Refined Storylines, Event Studio, guided and advanced event editing, event testing and pack sharing.
- Updated match catalogs, Match Lab, Move Library, angle templates, objectives, worker styles, game rules, names and text editing.
- Brought Home, Data Hub, community-world browsing, the database converter, Safety Center, World Check and Picture Pool into the shared Broadcast design.
- Updated Diff Viewer, Helpful Scripts, Time Machine, World Stats, Balance Check, era browsing and draft review.
- Polished people imports, generators, portrait pickers and image tools.
- Updated editor search, introductory guidance, confirmations and unsaved-change prompts to fit the Broadcast theme.
Layout & Usability
- Improved World Editor resizing in both Classic and Broadcast so controls remain reachable in smaller windows.
- Related panels now sit side by side where space allows and stack on narrower displays, reducing wasted space without squeezing controls.
- Improved People tab layouts and numeric controls.
- Added clearer dropdown indicators so selectable fields are easier to recognize.
- Improved spacing around assigned-move remove buttons.
- Refined scrolling, record lists, toolbars and dialogs for shorter windows and smaller displays.
Database Converter Fixes
- Added conversion of supported source brands, including their promotion, worker, title and show assignments, plus optional brand artwork.
- Added supported promotion relationship conversion. Friendships become cordial relationships, while explicit alliance links become allied relationships.
- Consolidated duplicate two-promotion relationship links.
- Corrected manager assignments for databases that reference a manager's contract rather than the person directly.
- Preserved people who have both wrestler and manager roles.
- Improved storyline validation so non-wrestling managers do not incorrectly trigger mixed-gender match errors.
- Supported explicitly angle-only storylines without treating them as mixed-gender matches.
- Added clearer warnings for invalid or unresolved source references so players can review conversion issues.
Converter Notes
- Source database formats vary. Unsupported alliance structures may still require manual review.
- Actual mixed-gender match and team restrictions still follow promotion rules.
Booking — Crowd Pacing
- Crowd fatigue now considers segment length and intensity instead of applying the same fatigue increase to every segment.
- Qualifying short, lower-intensity matches and angles can give a tired crowd a breather before later segments.
- Consecutive breather segments cannot repeatedly generate crowd recovery.
- Improved booking advice and show breakdowns to explain crowd energy and pacing more clearly.
- Aligned Booking and PPV pacing projections with how the show actually runs.
- Match previews now account for opening crowd fatigue.
- All-star cards remain allowed. There is no mandatory lower-card quota.
Booking — Showcase Momentum
- Qualifying clean Build Star, Showcase and Squash wins can now award a modest momentum bonus.
- The bonus rewards short, controlled showcases against a less-popular opponent and is limited to once per wrestler per week.
- Show breakdowns explain when showcase momentum is awarded.
