A new GoalCrest update focuses on making the PC experience cleaner, faster, and easier to navigate. Desktop navigation has been reorganized, readability has been improved, live matches are better protected, and the Contracts page now gives you much more information before you renew a player.
Several navigation issues have been fixed to make moving around GoalCrest more reliable.
The Match button now always takes you directly to the Match screen on the first click, even after visiting pages such as Top Scorers or other shortcuts.
Navigation highlighting has also been cleaned up. Only the page you are currently viewing is highlighted, so the sidebar and shortcuts always match what is actually on screen.
The desktop sidebar now groups secondary pages into six clear sections:
Squad & Tactics
Scouting & Academy
Stadium & Facilities
League & Cups
Finance & Commercial
Club & Career
Every page remains one click away, but finding the feature you need should now be much faster.
Small labels and secondary text have been increased in size, while shortcut buttons now have larger click areas.
The interface remains compact enough for a management game but is easier to read and use across common desktop resolutions, including 1366×768 and 1920×1080.
Trying to leave the Match screen while a game is still running now triggers a confirmation.
You can choose:
Continue Match — stay and keep watching
Leave Match — move to another part of the game
Your match result remains safely stored either way, but accidental exits during live commentary are now prevented.
The Manage Facilities option on the Medical screen now takes you directly to the correct Facilities tab instead of opening the main Stadium page first.
It's a small change that removes an unnecessary extra step when upgrading your club.
The Contracts page now gives you much more information before you decide whether a player deserves a new deal.
Every contract row can be expanded to show:
All seven player attributes and potential
Player traits
Fitness
Morale
Form
Appearances
Goals and assists
Average match rating
Market value
You can review the player's complete situation without leaving the Contracts page, while the existing Renew 2y and Renew 4y options remain available.
This update doesn't change the match engine or club simulation. Instead, it makes managing your club on PC smoother and gives you better information when making contract decisions.
Load your career, explore the redesigned desktop navigation, review your players' contracts, and manage your club with fewer unnecessary clicks.
