Fixed several issues related to scene transitions.
Made visual improvements to the Bridge levels inside the Tunnel.
Changed the controller input for returning to the bus from the World Map to "D-pad Down".
Fixed an issue where the player could occasionally get stuck inside invisible walls at the start of levels.
Made improvements to the jump kick attack.
UI fixes.
Various bug fixes and improvements.
