Adjusted camera shake to feel more bombastic and impactful.
Added idle animations for Thresher.
Fixed Thresher push animation so it shows immediately.
Fixed several determinism issues.
Added Supporter Package support (available via DLC shortly), which can optionally unlock secret/easter egg content without requiring Bonus collection completion and highlights supporter names on leaderboards.
