We haven’t held an art contest since last summer, so now is the perfect time to change that! We’re excited to announce the launch of the STALZONE Art Contest! The prize pool includes in-game items that will be awarded across four nominations.
Contest theme: the tulpa! season.
You can choose any style you like from the nominations below, the only limitations are your imagination and the season’s theme. For the most creative participants, feel free to paint even with pickle brine on a factory wall, as long as it turns out beautiful!
Contest period: September 21 to October 19.
Results announcement: November 2.
Choose the nomination you want to participate in:
Hand Drawing — traditional artwork created by hand on paper;
Digital Art — artwork created using a graphics editor;
3D Scene — artwork created using 3D models;
AI Drawing — artwork created using AI.
Please note: this nomination has a different set of rewards. More details can be found below!
Create your artwork from scratch based on the tulpa! season theme. Be sure to include your signature and the date on your artwork.
Submit your artwork to the corresponding section on our official Discord channel:
Don’t forget to include your in-game nickname, region, and a link to a high-quality version of your image with your submission.
When submitting your artwork, you must provide your character’s exact in-game name and the region you play on: RU, EU, NA, NEA, or SEA.
Your artwork must be submitted to the appropriate section according to the nomination: Hand Drawing, Digital Art, 3D Scene, or AI Drawing.
A link to a high-quality version of your artwork must be attached to your submission.
Each participant may submit an unlimited number of different artworks and participate in all nominations simultaneously.
The use of AI is prohibited in all nominations except AI Art.
Only original artwork dedicated to STALZONE and created specifically for this contest will be accepted. The artwork must include the author’s signature and date of creation. Collages, comics, and the use of other people’s artwork are prohibited.
By submitting your artwork to the contest, you agree that it may be used by the project administration for marketing or other purposes.
Submissions that are not directly related to the game or contain any kind of advertising are prohibited.

The first and most important criterion is technical execution.How well is the artwork made? This includes not only skill, but also consistency, how well the style matches the story, how cohesive all the elements are, and the overall atmosphere. Complexity and level of detail will also be taken into account, but a work created in a simple style can still score highly if it feels cohesive and complete.The second — equally important criterion is the idea.An illustration should first and foremost tell a story rather than simply be an abstract image. The plot can be very simple, the important thing is that it is understandable to the viewer. This criterion also includes how well the theme is explored and whether it is presented in an original, impressive, funny, or comprehensive way.And finally — recognizability of the game.
