Hello! Here's a quick update with some fixes.

Fixes

Fixed an issue where the screen would shake excessively when the target frame rate was set to 30 FPS.
Fixed an issue where subtitles could overlap the score on the results screen, making the score difficult to read.
Movie: Fixed an issue where the movie could rewind by one frame when the frame rate dropped.
Kei Truck Rally Countdown: Fixed an issue where two kei trucks could appear at the same time when the frame rate dropped.
