Meet Jimothy the Kobold! New Currency, Treasure Chests Revamp and Bug Fixes!

Hello everyone!
We’re back with another update, bringing a brand new friendly face to your camp, overhauling the loot system, and smoothing out the gameplay experience. Here is what’s new in this patch:
New Camp Merchant: Jimothy the Kobold
A new trader has set up shop by the campfire! Meet Jimothy the Kobold.
Jimothy specializes in trading upgradeable tomes to help you push further into your runs.
New Currency: Candles
To trade with Jimothy, you’ll need a new currency: Candles.
Candles can be looted directly from fallen enemies, or scavenged from the ground just outside the ruins in the Wilderness (Stage 1). Keep an eye out for them!
Treasure Chest Revamp
We’ve completely overhauled the treasure chest system to make finding and opening chests feel much more rewarding and impactful during your runs.
Balance Changes & Bug Fixes
Tweaked overall balance to keep the combat fast and fair.
Squashed several bugs reported by the community to improve overall stability and performance.
