Added tutorial recovery checkpoints, allowing players to return to an interrupted Guided Tutorial from the title screen while restoring relevant progress, tour planning, manager details and game state.

Added hover, cursor and shimmer feedback to roster cards, audition slots, tour controls and PR release artwork.
Improved Search screen refresh handling and made disabled column headings more visible.
Expanded Pleccy feedback diagnostics to include the current scene and tutorial step.
