We regret to inform that due to internal issues, KurtzPel will be terminating its service. · All KP Load Up will be suspended after the final update on July 29, 2026 (Wed).
· Players may freely use currencies and items in possession until the termination of service.
· After the Service Termination Date, game login and in-game support will no longer be available. For refund requests and other inquiries, please use the dedicated support channel provided below.
■ Game Download and Re-installation
With the termination of service on February 3, 2027 (Tue), download for KurtzPel will no longer be available in Steam Store. Players who have already installed the game may use the game service until the service termination date, but after the service termination date, the game will not be available for installation or launch.
■ Official Community and Channel
With the termination of service, KurtzPel Official Webpage, Community, Social Media, and Discord Channels will all come to end. Support Center will be maintained until March 5, 2027 (Thu) for refund and other inquiries.
■ Personal Information Process
Following the termination of the service, all players’ personal information will be deleted in accordance with applicable laws and the KurtzPel Privacy Policy. Information required for refund processing or retained to fulfill legal obligations will be securely stored only for the legally required retention period and will be permanently deleted thereafter.
■ Refund
Refund Request will be available from the Service Termination Date: February 3, 2027 (Wed). Players may freely use any KP in possession in the game. Please note that refund requests will not be available before the termination of service.Due to the termination of service, all Unused Cash Currency (KP) will be refunded. KurtzPel will refund all unused KP based on the price paid at purchase. All used KP will not be refunded.Please note that if the eligible refund amount is less than the bank transfer fee, the actual benefit of receiving a refund may be limited due to the transfer fee. We therefore recommend using the remaining balance in-game before the service termination date. If players would still like to request a refund for a small remaining balance, please submit a request during the refund application period. We will provide details regarding the applicable transfer fee and the final refundable amount.
· Refund Eligibility: Unused paid currency (KP) remaining in the player’s account at the time of service termination
· Refund Method: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer to the account designated by the player.
· Application Period: February 3, 2027 (Wed) – March 5, 2027 (Fri)
· How to Apply: Submit a ticket through the KurtzPel Official Website Customer Support (1:1 Inquiry).
■ Note
· All free currency and used currency will not be refunded.
· Refund may not be available if the player does not provide accurate account information or does not agree to the collection and use of personal information.
· We recommend players to submit all refund requests within the refund inquiry period as refund may be restricted after.
· All refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and other relevant laws and regulations.
