Fixed an issue in Career modes where selecting "Show Sprint Results" would not show the correct race results.
Fixed an issue is My Team Career where the player could have the incorrect tyre allocation after changing drivers from the previous race weekend.

Fixed an issue in Spectator mode which would cause alignment issues on the timing tower during overtakes.
