-Made it so that the hotdog stand and banana stand props dont cost money if you place it down
-Added a bunch of Halloween stuff around the map
-Fixed a few of the cars not playing door open/close sounds
-Fixed car door open/close sounds being able to be heard from across the map
-Added pumpkin props in the "Outside" furniture shop
-Added 4 Halloween hoodies
-Added new music
I will make it so that containers don't change items unless picked up and placed down again tomorrow
