Update 0.7.5 — Clearer Race Control and Championship Management

Turbo Era Boss Early Access 0.7.5 is now available for testing on Steam. This release gathers the work completed since 0.7.1: faster, clearer race sessions, more useful championship and finance screens, and a more reliable operations queue.

RACE SPEED CONTROLS

Qualifying and Race now share the same committed playback speeds: 1×, 2×, 4× and 8×. The controls use the same timing behaviour in light and dark themes, remain available after Skip All Events, and no longer disappear when AI-only events are resolved.

RACE HUD AND DRIVER CONTROL

The Race HUD uses more horizontal space for the two-driver control area. Boost choices are clearer as Low, Normal, High and Overboost, while the speed controls and driver actions remain easy to identify. The compact window opener now sits in front of Advisory instead of being hidden behind it. Engineering, Engine and Tyres tabs use the same strong action-button style as Open Driver Dossier, with team colour accents and a readable fallback for pale team liveries in both themes.

CHAMPIONSHIP TABLES

Championship standings now use full names and tidy, aligned columns. Constructors show Team, Engine and Tyres with the correct headers; Drivers show nationality before the driver name with a flag and country label. Header and data columns stay aligned in light and dark themes.

FINANCE AND SPONSORS

Original teams now start with an appropriate sponsor profile. Sponsor credits, fees and result demands flow through Finance, so top, works, midfield and smaller teams have more believable commercial backing without changing custom-team sponsor choices. Older saves receive safe sponsor defaults when an original team had no attribution.

OPERATIONS AND ATTENTION

Factory capacity is treated as a decision when it blocks a project, but as information while a factory upgrade is in progress. Acknowledged factory information notices now leave the Attention queue, and related operational notices refresh correctly after navigation.

STEAM AND RELEASE QUALITY

The Early Access release identity is now 0.7.5 across web, native desktop and packaging metadata. Steam builds are checked as native depot content with the executable and runtime beside each other, while web-only stages and steam_appid.txt are rejected. Localisation and session UI updates are carried across all supported languages.

Thank you for testing Turbo Era Boss and helping us build a deeper fictional turbo-era management game.
