Hello, friends!

It’s hard to believe how much time has passed since we last met.

Last summer, we released our first trailer with you, and were lucky enough to receive so much support, feedback, and encouragement. For a young team just getting started, that was an incredibly valuable gift. Since then, we’ve been trying new ideas, experimenting with different approaches, and continuously refining and developing new content.

Today, we’d like to share some of what we’ve been up to.

First, we’ve continued to explore character design and animation, intending to make our characters feel more expressive and more in line with what players have been hoping to see.

Second, we’ve been upgrading vegetation and special environmental effects. In certain states of the Planetary Control Module, you can now encounter wild fields of tall grass, tumbleweeds rolling with the wind, enormous thorny tendrils, and mist drifting across the water’s edge. We hope these details can make the world of Lexing feel even more immersive and alive.

Third, we’ve continued adding new ways to acquire resources. After awakening the desert-themed world, large numbers of White Sand Piles will appear across the landscape. These strange grains of sand can provide additional silicon, giving players another way to gather this important resource.

Fourth, we’re continuing to add more interactive elements to Lexing. You can grab onto a giant dandelion umbrella and let the wind carry you into the air for a gentle glide. And while exploring the surface, you may encounter explosive berries that can leave your outfit splashed with a whole new colour.

At the same time, we’re working hard on a brand-new Dreamscape, hoping to bring players a different kind of experience and a more immersive way to explore.

Looking ahead, we’ll continue polishing the game, refining its gameplay, and filling Lexing with more alien landscapes and experiences inspired by the vastness of space.

We hope that, little by little, we can bring you a world worth exploring—and deliver an answer worthy of all the support you’ve given us.

Summer 2026

In our previous Dev Blog, we talked about how we divided the history of human civilization into sixteen distinct eras. Era Period Core Feature Description Chaos Prehistory Instinctive Observation Humanity’s understanding of the universe was still at an instinctive stage, dating back to early humans. Here, we do not trace history through the rise and fall of dynasties, nor measure civilization simply by dates and eras. Instead…Community4 Sep 2026Dev Blog02: Building the Tech Tree — The Science Behind Our Energy BranchIn our previous dev blog, we started with the H–R diagram and worked our way to the fireball storm, gradually piecing together the sky of Lexing. But the sky is only the stage. What truly gives players something to do beneath that sky is the path under their feet——a journey from the most primitive forms of survival all the way to controlled nuclear fusion. That path is the tech tree. The Smalle…
