Dear Operators,We've been following the community's conversations around combat balance: too many gadgets in active fights, information being exposed too easily, and tactical tools leaving less room for gunplay. We hear you. With this announcement, we want to share how we're thinking about these issues and where our next balance changes are headed.Operator gadgets are meant to be one way to create and execute tactics. They should work alongside gunplay, not replace it. Our goal is for each Operator to bring a distinct tactical identity while still keeping firefights readable, fair, and exciting.Over the past few updates, several new Operators have joined the roster: Gizmo, built around single-lane defense; N-Two, focused on map control and forward pressure; Raptor, capable of flexible reconnaissance across different situations; and Morse, who excels in fast-paced skirmishes. These Operators were designed to open up new tactical choices and new ways to combine abilities with gunplay. As their playstyles have developed, however, some abilities have started to push beyond healthy counterplay.Control gadgets with complex routes can leave opponents with limited ways to evade or respond. One-sided information tools can also shut down carefully planned tactical decisions too easily. When players are forced to process too many gadget-driven threats at once, fights become harder to read, counterplay becomes less clear, and defeats can feel more frustrating than they should. This update is aimed at bringing those interactions back into a healthier state. After reviewing match data and player feedback, we're adjusting areas where counterplay is unclear or frustration is too high. The goal is to give players more reasonable ways to respond while preserving each Operator's core tactical role. After the changes go live, we'll continue monitoring match data and feedback, and make further adjustments when needed.Over the next few weeks, we'll be adjusting multiple Operators whose current gameplay impact has moved beyond our intended boundaries. We want combat decisions to feel clearer, counterplay to feel more reasonable, and firefights to return to a healthier balance. This week, we're starting with Gizmo. Please keep sharing your feedback. We'll be watching closely.Thank you for your suggestions and for helping us improve the game together.Below are the main highlights of the 7/10 no-downtime update. Gameplay and matchmaking will not be affected during the update. If you encounter any issues after the update, please restart the game to complete the update. If your game client is out of date, you'll need to update to the latest version to log in.

Operator Balance Adjustments
【Operator - Gizmo】
Developer Note:
“When suppressed by multiple Crawlers, it can be difficult to fight back effectively through gunplay, creating more pressure than intended in certain scenarios. This adjustment is designed to reduce the combat pressure of facing multiple Crawlers while fully preserving Gizmo’s standard gameplay experience.”
All Modes
Crawler Nest: Added a new mechanic: Crawler Corrosion Damage Resistance
After taking damage from 3 Crawlers in quick succession, players will gain Corrosion Damage Resistance for a period of time. While the resistance is active, explosion damage taken from Crawlers will be greatly reduced.

Console Bug Fixes
●Fixed an issue where some console models could occasionally crash. The main update contents are listed above. Thank you for your attention and support, Operators. Enjoy the game!
