Attention Station Commanders, there is a new BETA: Version 1.1.1.0 now available on the BETA branch of the game with the following changes:
New Features:
- Added a Mk 2 Manufactory and associated Objective at Station Level 12
- You can now create Blueprint Folders and add Blueprints to them
- Added an Advanced Freighter View which gives you more control over the order of docks freighters will visit and other options
- You can now Exclude an item from a slot using item filters to stop that item ever being stocked there
- You can now directly set the wanted factory input or output rate per min and efficiency will be calculated and set automatically
- Recycler values now shown on items in the Codex
- Factory sound effects now have their own slider under the Settings > Audio menu
- The shielded effect on buildings is now more subtle and less intrusive
- Quantum Rifts no longer emit radiation when a Quantum Extractor is built on top of them
- Alternate recipe items now show the alternate recipe name in the Codex
- Space Elevator now appears in the Production Overview
Bug Fixes:
- Void Anomalies now spawn further from Void Rifts in the Void Event Horizon zone
- Offscreen marker labels now show correctly on left-hand-side
- Controlled ship icons no longer dissapear after saving & reloading
- Freighters no longer take as much selection priority when behind other buildings
- In 3/4-player multiplayer mode, other players grabbing objects/asteroids now shows correctly
- Fixed some item filter issues in the Quantum Storage
- Antimatter Reactors and other buildings wont play startup sound-effects or animation after loading a game
- Dragging Waypoints locations around now works in a multiplayer game
- Atomizers now show what is stored inside in a minimal hovered popup menu
- Fixed an issue where radioactive objects did not emit radiation after a save & load
- Fixed some issues where you could create colliding pipe layouts (e.g. very small crossing pipes)
Join the BETA Now:
To join the Beta Branch of the game, please do the following:
- Open your Steam Client and locate Outworld Station in your Library
- Right-click and choose Properties
- Choose Betas
- Enter the following code into the Private Betas box: betatest12345 and click Check Code
- Select Beta - Beta Testing Branch from the drop-down menu above to opt into the beta and update your game
