We have released an update for both the Standard and Early Access versions. The following changes have been implemented:
Added a feature that periodically backs up a portion of player data to the server during gameplay.
We are currently aware that in some environments, player data is taking an unusually long time to load. To address this, a future update is planned that will restructure player data with the goal of improving load speeds.
This update adds a server-side saving feature for player data as preparation for that change.
※ The frequency of backups depends on in-game activity. Please note that the most up-to-date data is not always guaranteed to be saved.
Please also note that this feature is separate from the player-facing backup function and does not support data restoration. We kindly ask that you continue to manually back up your local player data as before.
The save data folder can be found at the following locations:
Windows: C:/Users/(username)/AppData/LocalLow/Dagdoria Studio/Saga and Seeker
Mac: /Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/Dagdoria Studio/Saga and Seeker
Note: These are the folders one level above the folder opened by "Show Save Folder" in the in-game options menu.
